Problem

A pediatric clinical nutrition clinic handles inquiries from several channels, a calendar, patients, care programs, payments and clinical forms, and all of them need to work together without double entry.

System / Solution

A full upgrade of Rotem’s clinic system: a secure CRM with a leads board, tabbed patient records, a calendar synced with Google Calendar, programs and finances, a digital parent questionnaire and session summaries. Alongside it, a website and landing page at rotemclinic.com, with a form that sends leads straight into the system and a site editor built into the CRM.

Implementation approach

Migration from Google Apps Script to Cloudflare Workers and a D1 database, with sign-in through Cloudflare Access, email lead intake, WhatsApp messaging via ManyChat, PDF and Word document generation, Turnstile spam protection, automated tests and deployment through GitHub Actions.

Result and current status

Every inquiry, whether from the website, email or WhatsApp, lands in the same system. Rotem follows leads, patients and sessions in one place and updates her website herself.
