From vineyard to bottle. One platform serving many wineries, on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Problem
Small and mid-sized wineries track harvests, tanks, barrels, batches and lab results in spreadsheets and notes. It is hard to know how much wine exists, where it is, who did what, and which vineyard each bottle came from.
System / Solution
A SaaS platform where every winery is a separate organization with isolated data, its own users, roles and subscription plan. It manages vineyards and plots, harvest intake with grape measurements, tanks and barrels with live fill levels, batches and production operations (pressing, transfers, racking and blends), team tasks and full traceability from vineyard to bottle.
Result and current status
The platform is in advanced development: hundreds of commits, automated tests on every change, and working vineyard, harvest, tank, barrel and batch modules backed by the server, including Excel and Hebrew-capable PDF export. The next step is a pilot at a real winery.

Problem
Managing several buildings means keeping track of separate budgets, apartments, charges and payments.
System / Solution
A property management system combining annual budgets, apartment information and payment tracking, with report export options.

Budgets, apartments, charges and payments can be managed through one central workflow, with data available for report export.
Turning green actions into challenges and rewards.
Problem
Connecting activity reports, approval and points requires a user experience and an administration workflow that work together.
System / Solution
A mobile app with activity reports, challenges and rewards, plus administration tools for review and approval — connected to a server and database.
Result and current status
App submissions, administrator review and points tracking are connected in one workflow backed by the server and database.
A landing page for someone who writes words that sell.
Problem
A freelance copywriter needs to show his voice, the brands he has worked with and how he works, all at once, and turn visitors into inquiries.
System / Solution
A personal landing page for Gal Rochkin with a sharp headline, a portfolio grouped by brand, a description of his process and calls to action that lead straight to WhatsApp.
Result and current status
The page is live and brings together Gal's campaigns for Roladin, Bissell, Xiaomi, Anker and more, with a quick way to get in touch.

Problem
An economics and real estate appraisal firm needs to explain its expertise clearly and help potential clients find relevant information and get in touch.
System / Solution
A business website for ORNIS presenting the firm, its services and urban renewal expertise, with a consultation inquiry form.
Result and current status
The website is available at ornis.co.il, where visitors can learn about the firm, explore its services and request a consultation.
From first inquiry to session summary. One system for the whole clinic.
Problem
A pediatric clinical nutrition clinic handles inquiries from several channels, a calendar, patients, care programs, payments and clinical forms, and all of them need to work together without double entry.
System / Solution
A full upgrade of Rotem’s clinic system: a secure CRM with a leads board, tabbed patient records, a calendar synced with Google Calendar, programs and finances, a digital parent questionnaire and session summaries. Alongside it, a website and landing page at rotemclinic.com, with a form that sends leads straight into the system and a site editor built into the CRM.
Result and current status
Every inquiry, whether from the website, email or WhatsApp, lands in the same system. Rotem follows leads, patients and sessions in one place and updates her website herself.
