Problem

Small and mid-sized wineries track harvests, tanks, barrels, batches and lab results in spreadsheets and notes. It is hard to know how much wine exists, where it is, who did what, and which vineyard each bottle came from.

System / Solution

A SaaS platform where every winery is a separate organization with isolated data, its own users, roles and subscription plan. It manages vineyards and plots, harvest intake with grape measurements, tanks and barrels with live fill levels, batches and production operations (pressing, transfers, racking and blends), team tasks and full traceability from vineyard to bottle.

Implementation approach

One Flutter app for Web, Android, iOS and tablet, in Hebrew and English with full RTL support. On the server: Supabase and PostgreSQL with per-organization Row Level Security, atomic and idempotent server commands for every wine-volume operation, six technical roles, TOTP two-factor step-up for sensitive actions, 40 documented migrations, and automated app and database test suites in GitHub Actions.

Result and current status

The platform is in advanced development: hundreds of commits, automated tests on every change, and working vineyard, harvest, tank, barrel and batch modules backed by the server, including Excel and Hebrew-capable PDF export. The next step is a pilot at a real winery.
